Cancellation by Poddar Foods
We at Poddar Foods reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may end up in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by the credit and fraud avoidance department at Poddar Foods. We may also need additional verification or information from you before accepting any order. We will inform you, if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit/debit card account.
Cancellation by customers
You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items ordered. You may also exchange the product or get a refund by returning the product in unused, saleable condition, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these products are delivered. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount, if any, charged to your card. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Poddar Foods and also accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund by Poddar Foods
If any orders are cancelled by you after procurement, but before being shipped by us, then we will charge a restocking fee. All orders will attract a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the order. Refund will be made to your credit/debit card/net banking account within 7-10 working days after deducting such restocking fees as applicable. Poddar Foods will not be issuing any refunds in the form of cash.
In Case of Defective Item(s):
In case the item delivered is defective i.e. broken/leaking/expired or it faces any other issues you can always contact our customer support team. We have a “no questions asked return policy”. If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery and can get in touch with our customer support team too. We request you to check the products at the time of delivery in order to avoid any problems in future.
